Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Time: Standard 10 days; rush fees apply for quicker delivery. Rush fees really depend on the project, so let us know your needs and we’ll see how we can accommodate them!
Revisions: Track you got back didn’t fit the vibe? Don’t stress, you get 1 free revision per project (excludes hourly recording sessions). Additional revisions: $80/revision.
Revisions (Graphics): Like above, just with the graphics we make you! 1 free revision per project. Additional revisions: $25/revision.
Base Studio Rate: The base studio rate is $50/hr but we throw that into the prices already to make it easier. (Applies mainly to recording sessions)

We pride ourselves on keeping prices fair and affordable, but it’s expensive just to live these days. Have a chat with us to discuss flexibility in prices, payments, or returning customer discounts.

Large Projects: 30% deposit upfront; remaining balance before final delivery. (This is just for multi-track projects.)
Hourly/Small Sessions/Podcasts: Payment at the beginning of the session/prior to service delivery.
Payment Methods: For most cases, we will generate invoices for you ahead of time, these will be payable through PayID, Osko, and Stripe (Stripe is subject to a small processing fee).

Client must provide own podcast distributor for publishing or agree to subsequent terms regarding monthly costs associated with hosting the podcasts.

If you’d prefer a specific microphone/instrument/piece of recording equipment, we can factor in the rental price into the final cost. Examples of Australian businesses that offer equipment rentals are MUSICORP (www.musicorp.com.au). Please note, generally equipment rentals are for 6-month minimums, so this is not recommended for short projects/single sessions.

Do you have a studio in mind? We can accommodate usage of available studio spaces on the Gold Coast/Brisbane. Prices will factor in associated studio costs of the chosen studio. Travel costs will apply for studios outside of Gold Coast and Brisbane CBDs.
